Sanchez Pledges To Give All For Arsenal After Completing Move


New Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has insisted he will give everything he has to the North London club in an attempt to make the supporters happy after he was announced as the club’s £30million summer signing on Thursday.


The Chile international joined Arsenal from Spanish giants Barcelona after an impressive World Cup in Brazil on a four-year deal worth £140,000 per week, the Daily Mail reports.

Arsenal have now made two big summer signings over the past year having attracted former Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil to the club in a £42.5million transfer last year.

Speaking about his move, Sanchez revealed his delight at joining Arsenal and pledged to give his best for the club as they challenge for the Premier League and Champions League titles next season.

“I’m so happy to be joining Arsenal, a club which has a great manager, a fantastic squad of players, huge support around the world and a great stadium in London,” said Sanchez.

“I’m looking forward to meeting my new team-mates and to be playing for Arsenal in the Premier League and Champions League.

“I will give my best to Arsenal and want to make all the supporters happy.”

Barcelona are now expecting to complete their move for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez who has been strongly linked to a summer switch ever since his bite on Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini, the article reveals
